Chapter 1

In a serene and peaceful place, our story begins. At Perequê Beach, the village of fishermen lives a young girl named Sandra. She is 14 years old, with green eyes and wavy black hair.

Sandra walks on the sand in search of shells. She looks around and feels the gentle ocean breeze. The sound of the waves hitting the sand is interrupted by the barking of a dog.

The barking comes from a small boat attached to the shore. A puppy is trapped in a fishing net left by one of the fishermen. The dog has a guide with the description: Popcorn. 

Sandra drops the shells on the sand and runs to save the dog.

- Hey Popcorn, don't worry, I'll help you! - Sandra says trying to tranquillizer the dog.

The waves hit the boat and make it difficult to remove the dog from the fishing net. But Sandra doesn't give up and after a few minutes she finally gets the dog out. She takes the Popcorn in her hands and leaves with him in her arms.

- Good boy, good boy. Now we need to search for your family. - She says.
